A Day In Chicago

After another cold grey day in Chicago I decided to venture out with the camera and capture what people were up to. Needless to say I thought it was rather funny to find we (adrian and i) took train run number 420 back home. Tonight I watched Stephen Frears' The Queen, and thought it was one of the best of 2006. The battle that happened within the monarchy the week that Princess Diana died in retrospect even gave me a headache.

Soul Fingers

The newest video comes to you as a project file for Photobooth's mirror settings. This is a program that comes with the Mac now and provides much fun. While Adrian was over, we thought about taping the actual view of the photobooth from another camera and making a live music video. I'll take this step further for the next video entitled "Screen Tests; The Best of The Labrynth Hands". If you don't get it now, watch the movie. then think about it. PS - "She said; 'down'!"

The ABBA Project.

Recently I saw Mama Mia at the wonderful Cadillac Theater downtown Chicago. I was so inspired by the ABBA songs of my past to remake one of my favorite songs. Gimme Gimme Gimme was a song that I somehow identified with while it was playing off our car tape deck on our way to Virginia every other summer. There was something about that bass line and those eerie tones and augmented chords that just struck me in my 10 year old little boy heart. Needless to say I wanted to stop at all the Cracker Barrels on the way too!

Yesterday I made the remix using garageband, and today I made the video while I was waiting for my boss to call. Speaking of which check out the Businesspov.com segments in the near future (Errand Solutions and HUBwear ) those were mine.

Happy New Years on this 01.01.07, and I give you the first ever Royalty Freeian Music Video:
