Ian - The Mambo Dance video is terrific! My 16mo old daughter, Reilly Maeve, thinks so, too -- so much that she must see it 10-20x DAILY! Wakes first thing in the morning, politely asking my wife and me for "Mambo, peas?" (Mambo, please), so we take her to the home office, where she sits in her toddler rocking chair, and she rocks, grins and giggles to the music. Thinking this was music she likes, I downloaded the Ultra-Lounge 9 CD with "Zelda's Theme" from iTunes, and played it for her this morning -- oh, how wrong I was. She looked at me quizzically, pointing at the monitor, declaring "MAMBO!" Apparently, Reilly has to see the dancing, too! So I tested this theory, and minimized the window while it plays, and Reilly went bananas until the window was maximized again! Now, before anyone thinks or says that Reilly is ill-behaved, I have to say that this is the only instance in which she loses compsure when she doesn't get what she wants. It's really quite cute.
This brings me to a very sincere request, Ian... is there any way we could get a copy of the "Mambo Dance" video that I can load onto the iPod? We're going on a 2wk vacation to NORTH DAKOTA (of all places) for two family reunions, and we'll be on a farm with no web access, so I can't bring it up streaming for her. Reilly truly loves your video, and if it is OK with you, Ralph and Rachel, we wish to provide her with a treat during this summer's journey. Feel free to PM me at lazlo325@gmail.com.
